Join Stoptober and breathe easier

Now more than ever, ahead of flu season, is the time to put your lungs first, stop smoking and breathe easier.

Take part in this year’s Stoptober from 1 October and join all the people who have already quit smoking this year to feel better, save money and to breathe easier.

It’s never too late. When you stop smoking you’ll notice immediate improvements to your health, no matter how long you’ve been a smoker. If you have an existing smoking-related disease, you will notice the benefits too.

If you can make it to 28 days of being ‘smoke-free’, you’re five times more likely to quit for good. That doesn’t mean you have to do it alone though - there’s plenty of support available.
