World Mental Health Day - 10 October 2022

The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on 10 October every year.

The theme of 2022's World Mental Health Day, set by the World Federation for Mental Health, is 'Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority'.

If you’re struggling with your mental health, a range of local and national help and support is available for people of all ages - visit camden.gov.uk/mentalhealth

Children and young people in Camden can find a range of dedicated support for their mental health and wellbeing on Camden Rise website.

Spending time in green spaces can help improve your mental health. Camden's free weekly walks are a great place to start. Join us on 10 October, 12noon, at Red Lion Square; 18 October, 12noon, at Russell Square, or on 24 October, 2.30pm, at Brunswick Square.

There are small things we can all do to be kind to our minds, and these can make a big difference to how we feel. Get expert advice and practical tips to help you look after your mental wellbeing and make them part of your daily routine - visit the NHS Better Health ‘Every Mind Matters’ website.
