Who should get priority for council housing?

Our consultation starts on Monday.

The consultation on proposals to change how council and housing association homes are allocated starts on 12 January, and runs for 12 weeks. It asks how we can make allocating homes fairer for people living in Camden.

Why we’re consulting

With council and housing association homes in such high demand we have to ensure they go to local people who would benefit the most, such as overcrowded families.

We would continue to help people we can’t house to find alternatives.

You can help

We are asking you to have your say by 5 April 2015.

If you have applied to us for housing, or intend too - we want your views.
