Tender opportunities for small construction companies

The Centre Point building is being converted to residential use. The Council is working with Brookfield Multiplex (BM) and Almacantar, the contractor and developer at Centre Point, to offer small businesses in Camden an opportunity to tender for forthcoming contracts at a meet the buyer event.

At the workshop BM will provide:

• an overview of the project and forthcoming works packages at Centre Point
• an outline of other Brookfield Multiplex projects underway in London
• tips for tendering successfully with BM and its subcontractors
