  • Request a service or report a problem
  • Buy and renew parking permits
  • Pay bills
  • Apply for housing benefit
  • View your council tax bill and pay online
  • Report a missed bin collection.

Recycling and rubbish collections

Recycling and rubbish collection days remain the same over the bank holiday period. Make sure you follow the guidance on presenting your recycling and rubbish.

Parks

If visiting a park or open space, make sure you keep 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household. You can meet with one person from another household (in maximum groups of two) but you must stay 2 metres apart. Avoid parks if they are busy and you are not able to maintain a safe social distance.

Outdoor gyms, skateparks and playgrounds remain closed. Please don’t barbeque in our parks.

Always wash your hands as soon as you are indoors.

We have frontline teams out across the borough to make sure safe social distancing is being followed.

 Libraries and leisure centres

In line with government guidance, libraries and leisure centres are closed until further notice. Find out more

You can still access our digital library, where you can find a range of books, comics, audio books, magazines and newspapers available to existing and new members.
