Let’s get physical: Complete our survey for chance to win an iPad

Over a third of people living in Camden aren’t reaching the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity per week.

To help reverse this trend, we want to get your thoughts on Camden’s places and spaces for physical activity, opportunities for active travel (walking and cycling), our leisure centres, as well as sport and physical activity projects.

Complete this survey on physical activity for the chance to win an iPad 32GB.

You have until 16 March to complete the survey. You can also pick up a paper copy of the survey at Camden libraries and leisure centres. The winner will chosen at random.

See the survey full terms and conditions.

Following this research, we will develop a new strategy to support physical activity across Camden.

Being physically active is one of the best things you can do to help improve your health. Regular exercise gives a huge boost to your self-esteem, mood, sleep quality, energy levels and can help you maintain a healthy weight.

Camden residents should try to be active every day and aim to achieve at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity every week through a variety of activities, such as walking, dancing, taking the stairs, carrying shopping, playing sports and more.

Research has shown that regular exercise can reduce your risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes.
