Leader appoints new Associate Cabinet Members and Cabinet Advisers

Councillor Richard Olszewski has confirmed the appointment of new Associate Cabinet Members and Cabinet Advisers for 2024-2025.

Earlier this month, the Leader announced his Cabinet team and key focuses for the council.

The team will be supported by Associate Cabinet Member and Cabinet Adviser roles, which will focus on specific policy areas and produce policy recommendations.

The appointments are as follows:

  • Associate Cabinet Member for Educational Inequalities – Councillor Nanouche Umeadi
  • Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders – Councillor James Slater
  • Cabinet Adviser on Resident Engagement on Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety – Councillor Edmund Frondigoun
  • Cabinet Adviser on Low Carbon Environments – Councillor Anna Burrage
