Good Work Camden Job Hubs host Camden jobs and skills event

Good Work Camden is hosting a Jobs and Skills Event on Thursday, May 19 from 10am to 4pm, at the Camden House LABS Triangle, Camden Lock Place, Chalk Farm Road, NW1 8AB.

The event will enable jobseekers who are hoping to find a fresh start, progression opportunities or a new career direction, to find a wealth of exciting opportunities at this free event. Numerous local employers from a variety of industry sectors will be eager to hire for immediate openings in a wide range of fields.

The event is open to the entire community. There will be hiring managers in attendance from employers such as ALDI, Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs, KOKO, Selfridges, a range of NHS and healthcare employers and many more.

“We know how difficult the past two years has been for our residents in finding and maintaining good work during the pandemic.

“We want to have a positive and direct impact on the community by helping them to navigate through prospective employers and training providers at our upcoming Camden Jobs and Skills Fair.

“We believe that good work enables residents to live good lives where they can earn enough to flourish within their community and progress within their chosen field. We have selected local employers and training providers that meet the needs of our residents and with various vacancies on offer, we are proud to provide a valuable starting point helping resident achieve their ambitions for the future.”

Good Work Camden provides free services, resources, and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search process, hiring and employment needs.

Good Work Camden has services available to assist jobseekers including one to one specialist support, employment brokers, employment counselling, and career assessments, as well as workshops on job searching, CV writing and interviewing techniques.
