Get involved this Volunteers' Week

This week is Volunteers’ Week, and a great opportunity to get involved in supporting and giving back to your local community.

No matter how much, or how little time you have, there is something that will suit your interests and lifestyle. From helping out at a community festival, to providing support to young children, to becoming a mentor in your community, there are a variety of ways to get involved - all while meeting new people and developing your own skills.

If you’re not sure where to start, why not go along to the Volunteer Centre Camden’s next free fair, organised in partnership with One Housing Group? Just drop into the Arlington Conference Centre on Thursday 4 June at 11am to 2pm to meet organisations that could benefit from your time.

Or be inspired by the stories of other local Camden residents who are making a difference in the borough.

If you want to keep up-to-date with opportunities to make a difference in Camden, sign up to the monthly Volunteering e-newsletter at [email protected]
