Flexible hiring

On 7 April, we hosted a flexible hiring workshop organised by Timewise. This free event for HR and recruitment managers explored techniques to design and advertise job roles flexibly.

Creating quality flexible roles gives businesses access to a wider labour market, and ensures they can attract the best possible talent. More than 85% of delegates found the session useful and took practical actions back to their organisations.

We will be organising further events to support local employers that want to develop their employee recruitment and improve retention.
