In the early hours of Tuesday morning (21 November 2017), the London Fire Brigade attended a fire at 31 Daleham Gardens in Hampstead, where a resident tragically lost their life.

We are deeply saddened to hear of this fatality and we will be cooperating with the London Fire Brigade going forward with their investigations.

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust can provide support to residents feeling anxious following the fire. Please call 020 8938 2241, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday to make a referral. Alternatively, support is available through iCope, you can find out more information online at icope.nhs.uk

Gloucester House Day Unit

Due its proximity to Daleham Gardens, Gloucester House Day Unit was closed on Tuesday and its playground will be closed for the remainder of the week. This is whilst we erect fencing to create a safe distance between the site of the fire and the playground. We will begin putting up the fencing this evening, we apologise for any noise and disruption caused, however in the interests of resident health and safety it is important we get these works underway immediately.
