Finding out what residents think of our housing services

Each year we conduct STAR, a survey of council tenants and leaseholders, to measure their satisfaction with our housing services.

This year's survey is being conducted by research firm Acuity, and will be sent to a sample of council tenants and leaseholders.

Around 13,000 residents will be randomly selected and the survey will be sent out by email and post. The email questionnaires are being sent out from 4 April, and the postal questionnaires will follow later in the month.

If you speak to residents who have received the survey please encourage them to fill it in - it’s an important way of measuring our performance, so that we can improve the way we deliver servicesIf you're a council tenant or leaseholder and don’t receive a copy of the survey, but would still like to give us your views, you can email [email protected].

The results of last year's survey are available on our website. To find out more about this year's survey go to camden.gov.uk/star.
