Euston Area Plan: Have your say on the future of Euston

Residents, businesses, community groups, and visitors to the borough are invited to have their say on Camden’s proposals to further update the Euston Area Plan (EAP).

The Euston Area Plan is a planning framework for the regeneration of the Euston area that sets policies and guidance for future developments in the area. It also highlights opportunities to improve existing infrastructure and ensures that new development delivers benefits for the local community.

Camden Council last consulted on the EAP in January 2023. Since then, the government “paused” HS2 works at Euston and confirmed that HS2 will terminate at Euston where there will be a reduced size station.

This consultation highlights these key Government announcements and the affect that they could have on future updates to the EAP. It will ensure that the community’s views on these issues are reflected in the EAP when it is submitted to the Planning Inspectorate following a further consultation with the community later this year.

To find out more and to share your views visit EustonAreaPlanReview.commonplace.is, call 020 7974 2726, or attend a briefing event:

Please email EustonAreaPlan@camden.gov.uk to book your place at a briefing event.
