Easter Bank Holiday Opening Times 2021

Find out how and when you can get in contact with us over the Easter weekend and the council services available.  

 
Do it online with your Camden Account

You can use your Camden Account at any time to manage key services in one place with one log in. With your Camden Account you can: 

  • Request a service or report a problem at any time 

  • Buy and renew parking permits 

  • Pay bills 

  • Apply for housing benefit 

  • Book housing repairs 

  • View your council tax bill and pay online 

  • Report a missed bin collection

Customer Services phoneline - Contact Camden 

Our customer services team, Contact Camden, will be closed for general enquiries on these days: 

  • Good Friday, 2 April 2021 

  • Easter Monday, 5 April 2021 

Please note that our customer service phoneline is closed during the weekends.

COVID-19 helpline 

If you need support over the Easter period with concerns relating to COVID-19, we’re here for you. Please call us on 020 7974 4444 (option 9). 

 

Face-to-face services at 5 Pancras Square 

Our face-to-face customer services at 5 Pancras Square will be closed on Good Friday (2 April) and Easter Monday (5 April). Please note that our in-person customer service is closed during the weekends.

Camden libraries 

In line with the most recent Government guidance, Camden libraries are only offering computer access and a Request and Read book ordering service. 

Please note that all libraries will be closed on Good Friday (2 April) and Easter Monday (5 April).

Parking

Parks 

All our parks will be open as usual throughout the Easter Bank Holiday. 

 

Recycling and rubbish collection 

Recycling and rubbish collection days remain the same over the bank holiday period.  Make sure you follow the guidance on presenting your recycling and rubbish. 

 
Sports and leisure Centres 

In line with Government restrictions, leisure centres are currently closed for indoor activities. Since Monday, 29 March the following locations are open for outdoor activities: 

  • Oasis Sports Centre (outdoor swimming)  

  • Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre (outdoor fitness classes)  

  • Talacre Sports & Community Centre (outdoor fitness classes, outdoor football, outdoor pitch hire)
