Earn a SME Disability Smart Award

Camden small businesses, working with the Business Disability Forum (BDF, a national business membership organisation that helps build disability smart organisations) have the chance to participate in a pilot to evaluate a SME Disability Smart Award. The process takes no more than a couple hours and will give businesses the chance to:

• Use a simple self-assessment to look at how disability affects your business
• Have the logo and the award of a BDF Disability-Smart SME status which you can use for your own marketing purposes.
• Have access to free and confidential guidance from BDF, including 1:1 assistance from business disability consultants
• Chance to review the self-assessment and identify where you are doing well and might improve. This includes your own report and a 1:1 consultation (done at your convenience) with business disability consultants
