Don’t stay home this autumn

Alexandra Road Park is hosting a range of activities for everyone this autumn.

Here’s a selection – and more are planned:

One-off events and workshops

20 October: Green gym from 10.45am to 2pm at the meadow

24 October: Dog awareness event from 11am to 2pm

28 October: Birds of Bray display at the bowl from 10.30am to 3pm

29 October: Open cinema evening from 6pm

Weekly events

  • Thursdays from to 10 December: outdoor photography – 1.30 to 3pm at the SHELL Centre, Boundary Road, London NW8 OHS.
  • Tuesdays to 27 October: Our Station – 4.30 to 7pm, design workshops for six to 14 year-olds at ARC, 109 Rowley Way, NW8 0SW.
  • Fridays: cricket – 4.30 to 6pm on the games pitch near the stage.
  • Saturdays until 12 December – 10am to 11am bootcamp, and abs bums and thighs from 11am to 12 noon at the bowl.

Finding your way there and getting around

The park is near South Hampstead Overground station and Swiss Cottage tube. Buses 31, 189 and 139 stop nearby.
