Face-to-face services at 5 Pancras Square
Our face-to-face services at 5 Pancras Square will be operating on the following timetable:
- 25 and 26 December 2023: Closed to the public – emergency phone service only
- 27 - 29 December 2023: 10am - 4pm
- 1 January 2024: Closed to the public – emergency phone service only

Recycling and rubbish collection
We’ll be collecting your recycling and rubbish on different days over the festive period. Collections return to their normal schedule from Monday 8 January.
