Camden wins national award for adult care

Last week, Camden won a national award for Adult Social Care alongside Barnet, Haringey, Islington and Enfield Councils.

The North London Councils partnership, which includes Camden, Barnet, Haringey, Islington and Enfield Councils, were presented with the award in the annual Local Government Chronical (LGC) Awards which recognises the very best achievements in local government.

Judges presented the award to the partnership for their joint work in providing high-quality care for residents during the coronavirus pandemic, saying that there was strong evidence that lives were saved in North London as a result.
