Bike Week 2016

It’s National Bike Week and, to celebrate, there are lots of great events taking place across the borough.

So come and celebrate cycling with one if the events below, which are suitable for a range of ages and abilities:

Tuesday 14 June, 11am to 2:30pm: King’s Cross Bike Week Roadshow with Exchanging Places.

This event will feature exchanging places including a new low-cab design of truck to improve cycle and pedestrian safety. We also have the Santander Cycle Hire Roadshow along with free Dr Bike servicing and bike marking from the police.

Wednesday 15 June, 7.30 to 9.30am: Camden Cycling Campaign Breakfast

Camden Cyclists are offering breakfast at the Community Cafe in Ossulston Street with rree Dr Bike checks and bike marking. Stop by for a chat and refreshments. 

Wednesday 15 June, 11am to 3pm: Lincoln’s Inn Field Bike Week Roadshow

Free bike marking and Dr Bike servicing. Sign up for our free cycle skills and bike maintenance courses. Free cycle guides and information.

Thursday 16 June, 11am to 3pm: Primrose Hill Bike Week

Get information about cycling in Camden, including local cycle maps, free Dr Bike servicing and police bike marking, as well as opportunities to sign up for our cycle skills and bike maintenance courses.

Thursday 16 June, 4 to 7:30pm: Regent’s Park Bike Week Roadshow

Dr Bike and bike marking event in conjunction with Royal Parks and the Westminster Cycling Campaign. Free cycle guides and cycling information.

Friday 17 June, 11am to 3pm: Queen’s Square Bike Week Roadshow

Free Dr Bike servicing and police bike marking, along with information on cycle routes and sign ups to our free cycle skills and bike maintenance courses. This is the last roadshow event of Camden Bike Week.

Sunday 19 June, 9.30am assembly for 10.30am start: Ride Around Camden

A friendly and easy-paced bike ride that gives you the chance to enjoy some of Camden’s sights and scenery.

The ride is free and you do not need to register – simply turn up on the day with your bike.
