Affordable co-working space available for Camden businesses

Camden Council has collaborated with LABS to provide fully funded co-working space to Camden business owners.

LABS delivers customisable workspaces and supports companies of all sizes, from ambitious individuals looking for co-working through to established corporations.

Co-working space can accelerate business growth through providing space for business owners to network with others in various industries, space to think and scale, and access to latest information and opportunities to underpin development.

“I decided to set up a Race and Diversity Consultancy business after the eruption of Black Lives Matter protests. I felt I had to do something about it to educate our community. This business was my response, with my target audience being schools, pupils and parents. 

"The opportunity to work in the LABS space and take advantage of everything that is being offered is huge for my business. I'm a starter business just starting out, finding my feet, with very little money. So, to be given the space and support to work in LABS will be very beneficial for my business. 

"My ambition for the future is to work for more schools up and down the country and also get into other institutions like law and politics."

The council’s partnership with LABS will involve:

  • Support for 30 business owners, over 3-years, with a connection to Camden to access co-working space within LABS Atrium, Camden.
  • LABS to promote opportunity to mentor the 30 business owners to its community.
  • Provide access to LABS’s member events and socials
  • Access LABS community via the app
