Using your Camden Account

Over 100,000 residents have a registered for a Camden Account. Are you making the most out of your account?

What’s new?

If you’ve just moved into Camden you can now register for council tax, set up direct debits and opt into online billing by filling in just one form.

If you already live in the borough, you can sign up to receive alerts for when planning applications have been made in your area.

As well as this you can:

•Purchase your resident parking permit online (and save £10) and purchase eVisitor permits.

•Check bin collection days, report a missed bin collection and order recycling equipment.

The Camden Account processed over 150,000 visitor permits transactions last year and 15,000 transactions in relation to recycling.

Other improvements to Camden’s digital services

We’ve also updated our find my nearest website working with feedback from residents. So it is easier to navigate and understand and improved the way it looks on a mobile or tablet.

Whether you’re looking for your nearest school, library, free wifi spot or public toilet the find my nearest website is a good way to find out what is around you.
