We are on a continuous journey to improve the service we offer to you. We understand the needs and expectations of our residents can vary significantly and we need to be flexible enough to understand and respond to changes to these. So, we’re running our first customer experience survey to help us understand our residents’ views and how we can better improve the service we provide.
The survey is anonymous, takes 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and closes on the June 12 2017. At the end of the survey, you can enter a prize draw to win £100 of high street vouchers.
Over the past three years, we have provided better access and more choice to the way our residents access council services.
We have worked with our residents to introduce new online services such as the Camden Account with key council services available online, in one place, and made it easier to use our website on laptops and smartphones. By improving online access to services, for those that can and want to use them, we are able to focus more resources on supporting those that need it most, either on the phone or face-to-face.
As well as asking residents to fill in the survey, we have held focus groups across the borough and our community researchers have been out talking to residents too.
