We offer a free 12 week programme for people who have a certain BMI, which aims to help you lose weight and get healthy over a period of 12 weeks.

You will receive one-to-one advice about your diet and nutrition and a tailored programme of group activity classes, held at a range of local leisure and community centres. You can join any time.

When you reach the end of the programme you will be eligible for more than 50% off gym membership, allowing you to use any of the GLL leisure centres in Camden or Islington, plus nine months of free support from our coaches.
