Inter Faith Week 2017 in Camden

Inter Faith Week 2017 from Sunday 12 to Sunday 19 November will be marked in Camden by a faith and safety meeting with members of the Faith Leaders Forum and guests.

Speakers will include Councillor Abdul Hai, Cabinet Member for Young People and Cohesion, Councillor Nadia Shah, Camden Council’s Cabinet Member for Safer Communities, and DS Garth Hall of the Metropolitan Police. There’ll be an opportunity to hear from faith leaders and representatives of community and voluntary sector.

Councillor Hai said: “I hope that anyone who is interested in issues around faith and keeping safe will attend. The involvement of a range of people from across Camden in events like this is essential to ensure everyone is involved in building strong relationships and partnerships.”

The meeting will be at Camden town hall on Thursday 16 November from 6 to 8pm.

Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend the meeting. Please email [email protected] or call 020 7974 6457 if you would like to book a place.
