Get involved with Clean Camden fortnight
Our next Clean Camden action is from 27 February to 10 March 2017 and we’ll be cracking down on littering, dog fouling and fly-tipping. If you love Camden, maybe you’d like to be involved? Here’s what you can do:
- organise a community clean-up with friends and neighbours to spruce up your local area. We can provide equipment and advice. There’s more here about community clean-ups
- come to our dog event at 10am on Saturday 4 March in Alexandra Road Park. We’ll be giving out freebies such as dog poo bags and offering free microchipping – and dog advice. We’ll also be lending litter-picking equipment to any volunteer litter-pickers on the day
- be our eyes and ears: you can help us by reporting fly-tipping in the borough. We now issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs) for £200 to people who fly-tip in the borough as well as prosecuting persistent offenders.
Anything else you’d like to know about how we keep Camden clean is here.
