Get active at the Give it a Go! Festival

Our annual Give it a Go! Festival returns on Sunday 12 July at Parliament Hill Fields, 1-5.30pm.

With free taster sessions of a range of sports and physical activities including martial arts, Zumba, badminton and 3-a-side tennis, there is something for everyone to enjoy. There will also be free health checks available, and a chance to meet local clubs and leisure centres to find out about getting more active in Camden.

Live music performances will take place on the bandstand to get you in the mood for summer, and why not grab a healthy refreshment from our smoothie bike? There are also plenty of activities for younger residents, including face painting and an inflatable track challenge. So come along to get involved in a day of activity and fun for all the family!

There will also be a health walk from Gospel Oak to Parliament Hill Fields on the day of the festival. For those who wish to take part, the meeting point is the Queen’s Crescent Community Centre (45 Ashdown Crescent, NW5 4QE) at 11.30am. Contact Neil Rebak at [email protected] or on 020 7267 6635 to register and join the walk.

This year’s event will be run in partnership with the City of London Corporation, Pro-Active Camden and COO-L.
