Help us to stub out cigarette litter by installing a free cigarette bin on the side of your building.

In total, more than 244m cigarette butts are dropped in the UK every year. That adds up to 104 tonnes of butts – the weight of 13 double-decker buses.

You can help us tackle the problem in Camden by installing one of our free cigarette ash and butt bins on the side of your building.

Smokers can be fined up to £80 for dropping a cigarette butt, so if you or your employees smoke, help them to avoid a fine by installing a bin.

Also, if litter becomes a regular problem outside your premises (currently not including office buildings), your business may be served with a street litter control notice obliging you to keep the area clear – emptying your cigarette bin regularly will help you to avoid this.
