Flexible working in action: Atkins

Leading Camden based engineering company Atkins have outlined how they approached flexible working, and how it is benefitting their employees and the business:

Julianne Antrobus joined Atkins five years ago on a 30 hour contract spread over 4 days. She is now one of our Nuclear Directors and confirms that enabling her to work flexibly has benefited both her personal work life balance but also her employer:
