Find a parking space on your mobile

We are trialling the use of parking bay sensors, to help drivers find available paid for parking and shared use spaces.

You will be able to view availability of approximately 170 parking spaces across the borough on your mobile phone by installing the free RingGo app, available via our website at camden.gov.uk/myringgo

The app is currently only available for iPhone users, with the Android version coming online in early 2016.

Parking spaces which are part of the trial are at Caversham Road, Charlotte Street, Fortess Road, Gaisford Street, Grangeway, Greenland Road, Islip Street, Mornington Crescent, Percy Street and Plender Street.

As well as making finding and paying for a space easier and quicker, the trial will help to reduce CO2 and NOx emissions by reducing the number of vehicles driving around looking for spaces.

Residents who already use pay by phone cashless parking will be signed up to RingGo and able to view this information.

Cashless parking is a quick and secure way to pay for parking. Instead of putting money in a payment machine, you can use your mobile phone to pay and top up by call, text or using the app.
