Families could save an average of £60 a month

That’s the cost of the food that the average UK family throws away each month.

We’re giving Camden families the opportunity to learn how to avoid food waste – for free.

A year ago, we launched Camden Recycling Rewards, to give Camden residents an extra incentive to recycle.

Now we’re asking members of Camden Recycling Rewards to raise their game with our food waste challenge. The challenge is a programme to guide families through ways to cut their food waste. It’s a double win, because families can save money and have less rubbish to throw away too. Like Camden Recycling Rewards, the food waste challenge is free to join at camden.gov.uk/recyclingrewards.
