Easter bank holiday weekend opening hours

Some of our services will be operating different opening hours over the Easter bank holiday weekend.

 

Contact Camden

Contact Camden will be closed on Good Friday 25 March, Saturday 26 March, Easter Sunday 27 March and Easter Monday 28 March.

There is an out of hours telephone service in operation 24 hours a day for emergencies, 020 7974 4444. Normal business will resume on Tuesday 29 March, 8am to 6pm.

Rubbish and recycling

There will be collections as usual on Good Friday, 25 March. There will not be a rubbish and recycling collection on Easter Monday, 28 March. Collections will take place one day later than usual for the rest of the week:

• Easter Monday, 28 March moves to Tuesday 29 March.

• Tuesday 29 March moves to Wednesday 30 March.

• Wednesday 30 March moves to Thursday 31 March.

• Thursday 31 March moves to Friday 1 April.

• Friday 1 April moves to Saturday 2 April.

Parking

Bank holiday enforcement will be in place on Good Friday, 25 March and Easter Monday, 28 March from 7am to 4.15pm. There will be normal enforcement in place on Saturday 26 March and until 8pm on Sunday 27 March.

Libraries

All Camden libraries will be closed on Good Friday, 25 March, Sunday 27 March and Easter Monday, 28 March. Libraries will be open as usual on Saturday 26 March

All Camden libraries will return to usual opening hours on Tuesday 29 March. There will be an extended loan period over the Easter break.

Our online digital library will be operating as normal, where you can view your library account, renew your items, borrow an e-book and more.

Parks

Parks and open spaces will be open as usual throughout Easter, with the exception of Cantelowes Skatepark which will close at 6.30pm from Wednesday 23 March to Saturday 26 March, and at 7.30pm on Easter Sunday, 27 March, and Easter Monday, 28 March.
