Dying Matters Week 2015

On Tuesday 19 May, Camden Carers Service is holding an event to mark Dying Matters Week – and encourage people to talk about dying, death and bereavement and make plans for their end of life.

Dying Matters Week runs from Monday 18 to Sunday 24 May.

This year’s theme is ‘talk, plan, live’ – aimed at encouraging people across the country to take the following five simple steps to make the end of their life better for them and their loved ones:

  1. Write your will
  2. Record your funeral wishes
  3. Plan your future care and support
  4. Consider registering as an organ donor
  5. Tell your wishes to those you are close to

Join Camden Carers Service on Tuesday 19 May to find out more about planning your end of life and to remember your loved ones:

When: Tuesday 19 May, 11am to 2pm
Where: Granary Square, King’s Cross
